Cottage Corporation Quality and Service Results Q1 2011

In a report prepared for the first quarter of 2011, Cottage shipped 5,343 orders via FedEx ground services and 4,912 shipments via UPS ground services for a total of 10,255 orders shipped. Of those orders, 99.9% were delivered on-time. Product shipped & delivered without damage was reported at 100% by our largest customer, which represents 65% of the metrics mentioned above. 100% of all shipments met or exceeded customer specifications. Cottage's customer service was ranked a perfect 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 by one of our most important customers, a large national retailer.

Cottage is a leader in the design and manufacture of display and fixtures for retail. We are proud of our shipment and delivery metrics and the exceptional customer service we provide to retailers for their in-store displays and fixtures.

Cottage Corporation Awarded 2009 Vendor of the Year by Target Stores

Each year Target Stores identifies and recognizes an outstanding vendor who has best met the high level of service, and quality that meets Target's expectations. Cottage Corporation is very proud to be the recipient of this prestigious award in back-to-back years 2008, and 2009. Competing with the many vendor suppliers to Target, Cottage was top ranked in design development projects, cost reduction efforts, value added engineering, and most importantly timely product shipment and low damage rates. The Target performance review team made the following remarks: "Cottage has been great to work with and the Target design team appreciates the open communication, quick turnaround and the efficient use of their time." "Cottage continually impresses Target team members with their focus on customer service.  They are both quick to answer questions and requests for information."

The award was presented at the annual business review at Kohl's headquarters in Menononee Falls, WI. Cottage was recognized as the most reliable vendor with the most consistent customer service, a resource for design and value engineering, and on-time shipment with little or no damage issues.
