Precision CNC Laser Cutting
Cottage has three large-capacity laser cutting systems. Laser cutting offers a distinct advantage when cutting plastic materials with its greater accuracy, ability to cut complex shapes at high speeds, and reduction of stress and deformation in the material being cut. It also allows for clean cutting of thermoplastic materials with shiny edges.
CNC Saws
Our two computer controlled panel saws allows us to quickly and accurately cut raw materials to the specifications needed for your job. Our highly experienced team of machinists are capable of processing large volumes of material in a fraction of the time that manual cutting would require.
CNC Routers
Our six computerized router tables enable us to machine multiple large projects simultaneously. Our multi headed machines allows us to rapidly fabricate extremely complex work while holding tolerances of a few thousandths of an inch.
Plastics Edge Finishing
Our three diamond tipped edge finishing machines give us the ability to efficiently produce clear polished edges on various plastics such as acrylic. This machining operation eliminates the need for cost prohibitive manual polishing.
CNC Milling Machine
Our CNC mill provides us with the capabilities for in house precision component fabrication. It is commonly used to build custom locks and hinges for use in our POP security displays.
Silk Screening
Silkscreened graphics and vinyl cut signage are done in house using our printing press, UV dryer, and vinyl cutter.
